The Duvall Community
A small community nestled in the
Snoqualmie Valley in northeast King County,
approximately 25 miles northeast of Seattle,
halfway between Monroe and Carnation, Duvall
is becoming one of the fastest growing
communities in the state. A favorite
residential community for both commuters and
those who choose to conduct business in a
small town setting, Duvall is a diverse
city, representing a cross section of
cultures and occupations. Named after James
Duvall, a logger who homesteaded there in
1871, Duvall is rich in interesting history
and tradition.
