Community Partnerships

My company, Coldwell Banker Bain, has established an awesome program called the Community Partnership Program. It's specifically designed as a way for its agents to give back to non-profit organizations who are committed to the welfare of our communities.

How does it work? It's simple.

One of my Community Partnerships is with Wooden Cross Lutheran Church in Woodinville. Each time a Wooden Cross member, friend, or relative of a member buys or sells with me, Coldwell Banker Bain and myself will donate upon closing, an amount equal to 10 percent of the gross commission from the transaction to Wooden Cross.

To date, Coldwell Banker Bain and it's agents have donated over $1 million dollars to non-profit organizations in the Puget Sound Area.
